We are currently selling through our New York Dealer, The Double Knot Gallery in New York City, at 13 White St.  You can contact Murat Kupcu, the owner at 212.966.9113.  His shop is open to the public Monday through Saturday, from 11-6, and by appointment at other times. 

Although we carry a small number of carpets in stock, most of them are bespoke (made to order).  This enables us to fine tune the details within a range of size and color, or more extensively tailor the patterns, colors and sizes for a special order, and to produce unique carpets of the highest quality, while keeping our costs reasonable.  

If your carpet design is in stock, we require full payment prior to shipment.  If it is bespoke, we require a 25% deposit upon order with the remaining balance to be paid before the carpet is shipped.  Bespoke carpets take between twelve and sixteen weeks to weave and ship from the time of the finalization of the order, as every skein of yarn is handspun, naturally dyed and hand woven. 

Our prices include packaging and insured UPS Ground shipping within the continental United States.  We will bill for international shipping at cost.  

It is very important that our customers are happy with our carpets and service.  If you are not satisfied for any reason,  you may return your carpet within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.  Carpets must be paid for with certified check, money order or Paypal. We do not accept credit cards.
